Brilliant service! Very helpful and Dean definitely knows his stuff! It’s so worrying when a fish gets sick ? but Dean helped me stay calm and reassured ???. He visited our pond, observed the fish, inspected the water, took scrapes from a fish, sedated the sick fish and treated it, then started us off with treating the pond water too and left us with great instructions to complete the pond treatment cycle. He also taught us what to look for on the scrape samples. Great advice before, throughout and after the visit. Would highly recommend ??
